A person was left in critical condition after a shooting on South Palmetto Avenue

The Daytona Beach Police Department is investigating a shooting on Wednesday Night.Police were called to the 1400 block of South Palmetto Avenue after getting reports of an individual suffering from a gunshot wound. According to police, the victim was transported to the hospital, where they are currently in critical condition. All parties involved are accounted for according to DBPD.
